WORKING PRINCIPLE

The stepped bottle-feeding device continuously transports the bottles to the bottle unscrambling canister. The turntable in the bottle unscrambling canister rotates counterclockwise under the drive of the transmission mechanism. The bottles in the canister fall into the turntable groove under the action of centrifugal force. The bottles in the turntable groove are driven by the rotating turntable, and enter the bottle unscrambling device through the bottle discharge plate and the bottle distance device. When the front bottle reaches the bottle holding device, it will be automatically straightened (the bottle mouth is upward). The bottles with the bottle mouth in the front are moved by the bottle hook lever and blocked by the bottle pressing device, and the bottles are turned so that the bottom of the bottles are in the front. The bottles are also automatically straightened when they reach the bottle holding device.
